Long read, busy day so I fanned through it.  Interesting thing about Vermont, small donors = 10.3 mil of the 2Q haul, Obama's birthday = nationwide donate 46 dollars day created by supporters, and the Oprah fundraiser all were things that caught my eye as I fanned through.

you are spreading a falsehood (none / 0)

What you say about the Dean campaign secretly paying Kos is FALSE.

You have got to be kidding if you think that DKos is run by a bunch of Hillary cheerleaders. Clearly you know little about the site.

EXACTLY.  They can hardly get a Hillary diary rec'd over there.  That group do not care for her.

Is there a point in there somewhere? (1.00 / 0)

I don't think pointless cheerleading deserves a diary.

While I usually skip this sort of diary, but I do believe she can write whatever she wishes.

Re: LOL... (none / 0)

What's with this "u dig" stuff in many of these posts?   You could leave that out and it would be less condescending, which helps discourse a little.

Well since you decided to point that out . . . (none / 0)

. . . pointless cheerleading [in reference to slim's current diary] . . .

And you decided to attack slim's post as condescending right?  Leave the partisan anger for another day and just let her diary stand on the merits.

I would argue that the constant poll diaries you constantly put up is the "pointless cheerleading" that dpAndrews should be referring to. However, everyone is entitled to promote their candidate in their own way given that slims diary usually contains a lot of substance.

I forgot to mention that quote I addressed was from dpAndrews who slim, by the way, was addressing with her post.

Re: Well since you decided to point that out . . . (none / 0)

No, these diaries (and your competing once) are cheerleading efforts.  Poll diaries are "the voice of the people" not some blog fans speaking with baited breath and worshipping scripts.   You don't like "polls," they make you uncomfortable, they are indeed hated.  Why?  Because they show things you dislike intensely.  That is the only reason you dislike polls.  If they showed something good for Obama you would love and enjoy them.

However, despite your rather ridiculous obfuscation of the issue here, I was ONLY addressing the constant "u dig" which is the same as "capice"?   It is condescending and is not something a poster should write with constancy when addressing other posters.  Maybe once or twice, when things get really heated, but all the time it is very condescending.   She is not better than any other poster here.  Not worse, either.  Just another poster.

Re: LOL... (none / 0)

So I read. Nearly ten thousand words, where was the bad? How about the ugly? Three links scattered around on the Obama Romney sex ed dispute, but no discussion.

I have no problem with people hyping their candidate, and I actually find these diaries handy, but don't pretend it is in any way balanced.

Re: LOL... (none / 0)

You don't get it.  That diary is not about dissecting every article.  I have not done that from day one.  I gather the articles and post them.  The nice ones and the not so nice ones.  Read my other diaries.  I am not going to get into a pissing fit, because I or anyone else do not want to discuss a published piece.  This information is collected for the WEEK.  And put in a diary thread.  Period.  Don't like it, please do one that you do like for your candidate.  I say it is balanced if you read all the LINKS, because some of those articles are not that "glamorous" towards Obama, and some with valid reasons and others not so.  But read through all those links, audio, video, for some it takes a week.

Let's see. A diary that isn't even published here makes it to the Recommended Diaries List? Give me a frickin break!

Obviously, you haven't been here LONG.  This is a KNOWN issue with the site owners, who know about this.  So, any beef, take it up with them.

I skimmed it on Dkos. (3.00 / 0)

Excellent as usual, however, you did not publish it in its entirety here.  Why?  Did you run into some probs again?  Let me know?

No knock against Daily Kos and I am sure the info is appreciated but MyDD users love your work and some of us do not comment over there who love to comment on your work.

But as usual, great great great great job.  lol.

Keep up the good work.

Re: I skimmed it on Dkos. (none / 0)

It times out, which has been noted, when I try to upload the diary.  I don't know if it is the length or what, but this has been an ongoing issue.  I know some do not post over there, but they can read and rec it there.

Times out?

You should just be copying and pasting and length should not be a problem?

I did an example of your diary last week with no problems.

That was an awesome Diary.

Man, after reading that , people who keep calling Obama an empty suit are looking more and more like retards.

LOL

Whew! That was a long, but good read. Expect the illiterate trolls to not read it just so they can keep saying Barack Obama isn't giving us his plans and policies.

LOL

I got some whiners, who again, have been here a hot minute complaining.  I had to reiterate, about my uploading problems.  Will try again next week, though.  But rec it there, since they are whining HERE.

Question? (none / 0)

Did you use the tips I suggested?

Did you post the diary first with nothing in it but the title and test in the main diary area?  Then you should re-update the live diary with the html from DKos and you be able to see everything in your Dkos diary.

Re: Question? (none / 0)

Yes, but the diary timed out three times, while trying to upload.  So, same issue, from the beginning.  Next week I am going to try a different machine to upload and see if that makes a difference.

Here you go. (none / 0)

I sent you the code via email.  I did all the formatting and included the updated flash logo as well.  I am more than willing to do this every week for you because it only takes me two seconds.

Please copy this code using ctrl + C if you are using windows and then click edit diary.  In the main entry area, paste the code in the email using ctrl + V (again only applies if you are using windows).  Now just click update and everything will show up.

It takes less than two seconds.  Please give us MyDD users the benefit of seeing your whole diary.  Thanks.

I know I can be a bugger and you and I had a few run ins in the past but I really like your work and I think it should be viewed by the largest audience possible.

And frankly, positive Obama diaries rarely make the rec list over at Daily Kos.  Nothing against Kos but there are just not enough Obama supporters over there to make a difference I suppose.

I know, I had a few make it and others not about Obama.  No biggie, I got a lot of folk that I email out to, and that list is pretty big.  Also, I did not get your coding?  Can you resend it to my email address?  Thanks.

I don't know who you are, but obviously you are not here alot.  If so, you would know I post this only on Sundays.  And if you read through the links, it is pretty even handed.  Not glory stories, but all the stories.  Good, Bad and Otherwise.  So, next time let me know what kind of "cheese" you prefer with your "whine".

And did you read EVERYTHING?  Some of those articles are not that glamourous towards Obama, and folks need to read everything to get a balance.  And yes, this is for the Obama Supporters.  Done once a week.  I do not do anything on the daily, do not have time.  Again, read through everything, which most ppl, do NOT.
